Terrence Howard accuses former agents of hiding fragrance deal

Terrence Howard has filed a declaration alleging his former talent agency CAA withheld information about a potential branded fragrance opportunity tied to his role on Empire.

The actor claims the missed deal included a $20,000 launch event payment, future appearances, an HSN spot, and a possible signature men's fragrance line.

Howard is expanding his existing lawsuit against CAA, which he previously accused of mishandling salary talks with FOX for Empire. He says agents requested $750,000 per episode but settled without his input after FOX offered a maximum of $325,000.

CAA has denied the allegations and seeks to dismiss the case, partly citing the statute of limitations. Howard portrayed Lucious Lyon on the series for six seasons.
