Tesla files trademark for 'Amazing Abundance' phrase

Tesla has submitted a trademark application for the phrase "Amazing Abundance" to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The filing covers a broad range of goods from vehicles to merchandise.

The application, filed under serial number 99894747 on June 19, 2026, remains live and pending. It seeks protection for products including electric vehicles, batteries, wall connectors, welding robots, and solar-integrated metal roofing.

The phrase aligns with recent statements from CEO Elon Musk. On June 20 he posted on X that the future would bring "amazing abundance for all," in reference to Optimus robots.

Tesla updated its mission statement to "Our mission is to build a world of amazing abundance" on January 21, 2026. Musk had first proposed the wording in December 2025 to replace "sustainable abundance."

The trademark is not yet approved, and it is unclear how Tesla will use the phrase once granted.
