VidCon 2026 will bring together creators, fans and industry executives in Anaheim, California, starting Thursday. The annual event runs through Saturday and features panels, workshops and a Hall of Fame ceremony.
The convention, founded in 2010 by YouTube creators John and Hank Green, has grown into a major summit expected to draw between 50,000 and 75,000 attendees. It includes separate tracks for fans, creators and media executives.
The 2026 Hall of Fame opens Thursday at 6 p.m. PT. Honorees include filmmaker Markiplier, Philip DeFranco, Michelle Phan and Cassey Ho of Blogilates. Additional appearances feature creators such as Nick Kosir and aCookieGod.
Lindsey Turrentine of CNET Group will speak Friday on navigating an AI-saturated content landscape. A Mashable mentorship session is scheduled for Saturday at 10:30 a.m. PT.
Tickets start at $109 for single-day access. The event also hosts the sold-out GorillaCon, a live celebration of the virtual reality game Gorilla Tag.
