The Shadow Room opens in Genoa City with Noah Newman hosting an event attended by family members including Nick and Sharon. Malcolm Winters makes his return at the Overlook Cafe surprising Holden, Claire and Stephanie. Victor Newman, Jack Abbott, Kyle Abbott, Diane Jenkins, Devon Hamilton and Abby Newman Abbott appear in a Beyond the Gates political fundraiser storyline. Diane reconciles with Jack early in the week before the crossover begins.
