The Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2026, held from February 5-15 at JIExpo Kemayoran in Jakarta, features various launches and special offers from automotive brands like Jetour, Mitsubishi, and Toyota. The event showcases vehicle innovations and accessories, drawing visitors with exclusive pricing and limited editions.
IIMS 2026 opened with high enthusiasm, where Jetour utilized the event to offer a special price for the Jetour T2 at Rp 568 million, extended exclusively during the show. The rugged SUV is displayed in two modification concepts: Obsidian Ultra Kit for a tough urban look and Nomad Kit for outdoor adventures. "IIMS 2026 is a momentum to introduce the character of Jetour T2 more closely," said President Director of PT Jetour Sales Indonesia, Peter Zhang. Sales Director Michael Budihardja added, "We are grateful to see the very positive enthusiasm towards Jetour T2."
Mitsubishi introduced 55th Anniversary special editions for Destinator and Xforce, based on top variants with added black emblems, special edition carpets, and e-mirror integrated with DVR. President Director of PT MMKSI, Atsushi Kurita, stated, "The two special edition models we present are a form of appreciation for this trust."
Toyota unveiled the New GR Corolla with increased torque to 400 Nm, an 8-speed automatic transmission, and suspension adjustments for better stability. Marketing Director of PT Toyota Astra Motor, Hiroyuki Oide, explained, "Improvements to GR products reflect our vision of delivering cars developed from track experience."
Additionally, Motul launched its latest PCMO lubricant line meeting API SQ standards for modern engines. Managing Director of PT Motul Indonesia, Welmart Purba, said, "API SQ emerges as an answer to the needs of current engines operating at higher pressure and efficiency."
V-Kool introduced PPF Luxor Diamond at IIMS, marking eight years of its presence in Indonesia, emphasizing the importance of choosing quality TPU material for car paint protection.
The exhibition features a total of 10 units from Mitsubishi and test drive opportunities, strengthening the automotive industry's position in Indonesia.
