Beltone Mortgage has signed a partnership agreement with Coldwell Banker Egypt to provide mortgage financing for ready-to-move homes.
Beltone Mortgage, a subsidiary of Beltone Holding, signed the agreement to offer financing solutions alongside Coldwell Banker Egypt’s property advisory and brokerage services. The partnership integrates these services to streamline the home-buying process for customers. Financing approvals can be completed in as little as three days under the deal, with repayment periods of up to seven years. Packages will be tailored to individual financial profiles and property needs. Hassan Abdelnabi, CEO of Beltone Mortgage, said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to making homeownership more accessible. Karim Zein, CEO and Managing Director of Coldwell Banker Egypt, noted that the agreement supports clients throughout every stage of the home-buying process.
