Beltone Mortgage signe un partenariat avec Coldwell Banker Egypt

Beltone Mortgage a conclu un accord de partenariat avec Coldwell Banker Egypt afin de proposer des financements hypothécaires pour des logements prêts à habiter.

Beltone Mortgage, une filiale de Beltone Holding, a signé cet accord pour offrir des solutions de financement en complément des services de conseil et de courtage immobilier de Coldwell Banker Egypt. Ce partenariat intègre ces services afin de simplifier le processus d'achat immobilier pour les clients. Dans le cadre de cet accord, les approbations de financement peuvent être obtenues en seulement trois jours, avec des périodes de remboursement allant jusqu'à sept ans. Les offres seront adaptées aux profils financiers et aux besoins immobiliers de chaque client. Hassan Abdelnabi, PDG de Beltone Mortgage, a déclaré que ce partenariat reflète l'engagement de l'entreprise à rendre l'accession à la propriété plus accessible. Karim Zein, PDG et directeur général de Coldwell Banker Egypt, a souligné que cet accord accompagne les clients à chaque étape du processus d'achat immobilier.
