CI Capital a finalisé une émission d'obligations titrisées d'un montant de 1,77 milliard d'EGP pour Al Taamir Securitization Company, adossée à des créances d'Al Oula.

Il s'agit de la première émission dans le cadre du programme de titrisation d'Al Oula, répartie en trois tranches notées par Middle East Ratings and Investor Services. Les tranches totalisent 637 millions d'EGP échéant dans 25 mois avec une note AA+, 422 millions d'EGP échéant dans 37 mois avec une note AA-, et 712,85 millions d'EGP échéant dans 55 mois avec une note A-.
