Beltone Venture Capital sort de l'investissement dans Bosta avec un TRI de 75 %

Beltone Venture Capital et Citadel International Holdings ont annoncé la sortie réussie de leur investissement commun dans la startup égyptienne de logistique Bosta, générant un taux de rendement interne de 75 %.

Beltone Venture Capital et la société émiratie Citadel International Holdings ont finalisé la transaction, marquant la cinquième sortie réussie pour Beltone depuis son lancement en 2023 et la deuxième par le biais de leur fonds commun. Ali Mokhtar, PDG et associé directeur de Beltone Venture Capital, a souligné ce résultat : « Cette sortie réussie démontre la solidité de notre fonds commun avec Citadel International Holdings et l'impact de l'alignement des capitaux et de la stratégie. Atteindre un TRI de 75 % renforce notre approche d'investissement disciplinée. » Fadi Dahlan, fondateur de Citadel International Holdings, a noté les opportunités continues en Égypte. « Nous considérons l'Égypte comme un marché à haut potentiel pour l'investissement dans les startups, porté par des fondamentaux solides et des talents entrepreneuriaux », a déclaré Dahlan. L'opération souligne l'intérêt des investisseurs pour le secteur de la logistique technologique en Égypte, où Bosta est devenu un acteur de premier plan dans les services de commerce électronique et de chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB) has completed an EGP 1.307 billion securitisation issuance for B.TECH, acting as exclusive financial advisor, lead arranger, issuance manager, promoter, and underwriter.
