Beltone Venture Capital steigt mit 75% IRR bei Bosta aus

Beltone Venture Capital und Citadel International Holdings haben den erfolgreichen Ausstieg aus ihrer gemeinsamen Investition in das ägyptische Logistik-Startup Bosta bekannt gegeben, der eine interne Rendite (IRR) von 75 % erzielte.

Beltone Venture Capital und die in den VAE ansässige Citadel International Holdings schlossen die Transaktion ab. Dies markiert den fünften erfolgreichen Ausstieg für Beltone seit dem Start im Jahr 2023 und den zweiten über ihren gemeinsamen Fonds.

Ali Mokhtar, CEO und Managing Partner von Beltone Venture Capital, unterstrich das Ergebnis: „Dieser erfolgreiche Ausstieg demonstriert die Stärke unseres gemeinsamen Fonds mit Citadel International Holdings sowie die Wirkung einer abgestimmten Kapital- und Strategieplanung“, sagte er. „Eine IRR von 75 % zu erzielen, unterstreicht unseren disziplinierten Investitionsansatz.“

Fadi Dahlan, Gründer von Citadel International Holdings, verwies auf die anhaltenden Chancen in Ägypten. „Wir betrachten Ägypten als einen Markt mit hohem Potenzial für Startup-Investitionen, angetrieben von starken Fundamentaldaten und unternehmerischem Talent“, so Dahlan.
