Mercedes and McLaren have introduced major aerodynamic upgrades at the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal this weekend. The packages mark key steps in their 2026 Formula 1 development efforts.
Mercedes brought its first major upgrade package of the season to the event. The W17 features a new front wing integrated into the footplate along with strakes for improved flow. The team also revised most areas of the floor and adjusted winglets on all four corners to gain downforce.
