Paul "Triple H" Levesque took significant control over the opening weigh-in segment on the July 27 episode of WWE Raw in Inglewood, California. The segment set up Brock Lesnar versus Oba Femi in a Hell in a Cell match at SummerSlam on August 1.
Triple H moderated the weigh-in inside the Hell in a Cell structure alongside Raw General Manager Adam Pearce. According to PWInsider Elite, Levesque was "very much" in control of the segment and called audibles live in the ring for Oba Femi's attacks on security personnel.
The segment had originally been planned for later in the show but was moved to the opening position. Femi weighed in at 302 pounds while Paul Heyman announced that Lesnar had weighed 303 pounds backstage. Lesnar locked several security officers inside the cell with Femi before addressing his opponent from outside.
Femi and Lesnar did not make physical contact during the segment. Lesnar told Femi he would see him at SummerSlam, and Femi responded with a promo stating that Lesnar would be locked inside the cell with him.
