According to official records, she ignored police orders to stop, even with lights and sirens activated, resulting in a charge of 'flight from police vehicle with sirens on,' a serious infraction classified as a felony under local legislation.
Additionally, Amanda was cited for driving with an expired Brazilian driver's license, which worsened the situation. A mugshot of her circulated on social media, but she did not remain in custody for long. On Tuesday (3/2), following an initial hearing described as 'excellent' by the Leo Dias portal, the court ordered her release upon payment of bail, a U.S. legal mechanism that allows the defendant to respond to the process at liberty, with a commitment to attend hearings.
With legal support, the requirements were met quickly, allowing Amanda to leave the prison unit on the same day. To date, neither singer Henrique nor the influencer has made a public statement about the incident.
