Milton Santiago Riveros González, aged 20, died after being stabbed during a fight in front of the El Mohán monument in Neiva.
The attack occurred around 11:06 a.m. on June 28, when the young man was waiting for the folkloric parade floats of candidates for the Reinado Nacional del Bambuco.
Riveros González, who lived in Pereira, was with a friend when he argued with a group of about six youths. One of them stabbed him in the back on the left side.
