The top selections from the 2026 NBA Draft class turned in strong performances at the Las Vegas Summer League. AJ Dybantsa and Darryn Peterson stood out in their matchup while other lottery picks earned high marks overall.
AJ Dybantsa, the number one pick by the Washington Wizards, played two games and scored 50 points while attempting 14 free throws. He recorded 23 points, seven rebounds, three steals and two blocks in one outing. Dybantsa earned an A grade before being shut down.
Darryn Peterson, selected second by the Utah Jazz, appeared in a fourth game and posted strong numbers on both ends. He received an A grade after showing improved rim pressure and playmaking.
Caleb Wilson of the Chicago Bulls scored 35 points with seven three-pointers in his first game and also earned an A. Brayden Burries of the Milwaukee Bucks averaged standout production across three games and received an A grade as well.
