Reports from the UCO and tax authorities reveal that Alberto González Amador’s companies billed Quirón Prevención 4.4 million euros over three years for consulting services. The documents highlight one firm’s lack of resources and possible signs of simulation.
A report from the Guardia Civil’s Unidad Central Operativa, sent to Madrid’s Court of Investigation number 19, details that Masterman & Whitaker would lack the personnel and material resources to provide the services billed to Quirón Prevención. The company was acquired in December 2020 for 499,836 euros from the wife of a company executive.
The Tax Agency, in a document dated May 22, confirms the billings: 1,078,412 euros in 2021, 1,956,449 euros in 2022 and 1,401,634 euros in 2023, totaling 4,436,495 euros. Hacienda points to signs of simulation in routing income through this firm, described as a screen.
Miguel Ángel Rodríguez, chief of staff to Isabel Díaz Ayuso, denied the claims and stated that the last contract with Quirón dates from 2010. The judicial investigations remain open for alleged corruption in business dealings.
