CIE Automotive achieves record net profit of 191 million euros in first half

Spanish automotive components manufacturer CIE Automotive closed the first half of 2026 with a record net profit of 191.3 million euros, driven by its operational strength.

The company reported revenue of 2,103.8 million euros between January and June. It achieved an EBITDA of 401.1 million euros, equivalent to 19.1% of sales, and an EBIT of 300.5 million euros with a margin of 14.3%.

CIE Automotive generated more than 275 million euros in operating cash. CEO Jesús María Herrera stated that the half-year confirms a solid industrial model capable of delivering profitable growth and sector-leading margins.

Herrera added that the company has the capabilities needed to advance its strategic roadmap for 2026-2027 and maintain its commitment to sustainable value creation.
