Fireborn releases new single and video 'Dancing With The Villain'

German rock band Fireborn has unveiled their latest single, 'Dancing With The Villain,' serving as the opener for their upcoming album Dreamcatcher. The track comes with a new music video, marking the second visual from the project. The album is set for release on January 23.

Fireborn, a rising act in the rock scene, dropped 'Dancing With The Villain' on December 18, 2025. This energetic track explores themes of recognizing serious musicians and leads off their sophomore album, Dreamcatcher, due out on January 23. The accompanying video, produced by Dream Film Factory, highlights the band's dynamic performance style.

Dreamcatcher will be available in multiple formats, including CD, colored vinyl, and a limited collector's box set, with pre-orders now open. The full tracklist features 11 songs: 'Dancing With The Villain,' 'Set The World On Fire,' 'Point Of No Return,' 'Likes For A Life,' 'Pull The Trigger,' 'Little Wanderer,' 'Crisis Of Youth,' 'Dreamcatcher,' 'Flashlight,' 'Out Of The Edges,' and 'Human.'

To celebrate the release, Fireborn plans a party on January 24 at Viva Club & Bar, formerly known as Notlösung, in Lörrach, Germany.

The band centers around vocalist Jenny Gruber, known for her raspy, versatile voice that shifts from delicate to powerful. She is joined by Raphael Singh on drums, Rick Götze and Dennis Weber on guitars, and Christian Lehr on bass. Originally formed as Dislike Silence, they earned third place in the rock category at the 2019 German Rock and Pop Awards finals.

Their debut album, Reflections, was recorded in winter 2021 at Little Creek Studio in Gelterkinden, Switzerland, under producer Schmier of Destruction and engineer V.O. Pulver, who has worked with Pro-Pain, Burning Witches, and Nervosa. Released in 2023 via U.S. label Deko Entertainment, it charted on official rock and metal lists and led to tours alongside acts like Silbermond, Burning Witches, and Destruction.

Fireborn blends modern American hard rock drive with classic rock's emotional depth, creating atmospheric, melody-rich music that resonates on stage.
