Cast and Premise
Bethany Joy Lenz stars as Rebecca Clarke, a widow traveling from Chicago to the Western Canadian frontier with her 11-year-old daughter. After their wagon breaks down, Rebecca receives aid from local rancher Tom Moore, played by Benjamin Ayres. She also encounters Hattie Quinn, portrayed by Jill Hennessy, a tenacious pioneer woman. The story follows Rebecca's journey from reluctance to commitment, as she and her daughter integrate into the fledgling community alongside ranchers, gold prospectors, and early settlers.
Supporting roles include Roan Curtis as Hattie's daughter Olivia and Lachlan Quarmby as Constable Alexander Vaughn, an early member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Production begins in Vancouver, British Columbia, the week of December 15, 2025. The series is exclusive to Hallmark+ at launch, with no confirmation yet on a potential cable airing.
