أكملت IBF & COMPANY، شركة استثمارية تركز على الشركات في مرحلة النمو، استثمارًا استراتيجيًا في حقوق الملكية في Techno Metal، الشركة المصرية المقدمة لحلول التخزين الصناعي وأنظمة الرفوف المعدنية. يشكل الصفقة جزءًا من استراتيجية الشركة لتوسيع محفظتها الصناعية من خلال شراكات في قطاعات متعلقة بالبنية التحتية.

أعلنت IBF & COMPANY عن إتمام استثمارها الاستراتيجي في Techno Metal، التي تأسست عام 2004 وتقدم حلول تخزين ومستودعات مخصصة لعملاء في اللوجستيات والتجزئة والتصنيع والمؤسسات الكبرى. طورت الشركة قدرات هندسية وإنتاجية داخلية تعزز دورها في النظام الصناعي المصري.

وصف محمد كامل، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لـ Techno Metal، الشراكة بأنها "معلم مهم في مسار نمو الشركة". وأضاف أن الاستثمار سيعزز الأداء التشغيلي ويدعم خطط التوسع المستقبلية ويُدخل ممارسات حوكمة أكثر تنظيمًا.

من جانبه، قال أليكساندر بول، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ IBF & COMPANY، إن الصفقة تتوافق مع استراتيجية الشركة في الاستثمار في الشركات الصناعية التي تخدم قطاعات البنية التحتية. وأشار إلى أن الشركة ستقدم دعمًا استراتيجيًا لـ Techno Metal ووصولًا إلى منصتها الاستثمارية الأوسع.

يعكس الاستثمار نهج IBF & COMPANY في بناء محفظة متنوعة ترتكز على شراكات طويلة الأمد، مع التركيز على النمو المستدام والانضباط التشغيلي.
