LISA Tech Philippines launches innovative smart classroom tools

LISA Tech Philippines marked a significant milestone by launching its innovative Smart Classroom tools at a well-attended event in Makati Diamond Residences. The gathering united school leaders, educators, IT directors, and edtech advocates to explore how thoughtfully designed technology can enhance teaching, learning, and school operations across the Philippines.

The launch, led by Mr. Elijah John Lao, founder and CEO of LISA Tech Philippines, showcased a suite of integrated Smart Classroom tools aimed at improving lesson delivery, streamlining classroom management, and facilitating school-wide digital transformation. These include interactive displays, classroom aids, school management systems, and smart campus solutions tailored to address actual needs in classrooms and institutions.

Dr. Dave E. Marcial, director of the Dr. Mariano C. Lao Global Studies Center and dean of the College of Computer Studies at Silliman University, delivered the keynote address, emphasizing technology's role in creating resilient and future-ready educational institutions.

A fireside chat on the future of education followed, featuring Engr. Michael V. Manguerra, director for Academic Support for Instructional Services and Technology at De La Salle University Manila, and Mr. Francis Jim Tuscano, grade school edtech coordinator at Xavier School San Juan. They offered practical insights into digital transformation, cybersecurity preparedness, and integrating classroom technology, drawn from current school challenges.

Participants experienced live demonstrations of LISA Tech's tools, such as classroom display systems, school management systems, smart payment solutions, and learning space technologies that assist both teachers and administrators.

"Imagine using these tools in a classroom—it makes teaching more efficient and more effective," Mr. Lao said. "Our goal is to provide schools with well-designed, high-quality solutions that genuinely support educators—whether in the classroom, across campus, or in daily school operations."

The event wrapped up with networking sessions and a group photo, underscoring participants' shared dedication to fostering connected, tech-enabled learning environments.
