وافقت محكمة باريس على إجراءات إعادة التنظيم القضائي لشركة Coperni SAS، مما يسمح للعلامة التجارية للأزياء بمواصلة عملياتها في ظل الضغوط المالية الناتجة عن مساهمها الرئيسي.

حصلت شركة Coperni SAS على حماية من محكمة باريس في 11 يونيو. وتأتي هذه الخطوة بعد أشهر من التوتر مع المساهم الرئيسي والموزع Tomorrow Ltd، الذي توقف عن سداد المستحقات المالية للعلامة التجارية. صرح أرنو فايان، رئيس الشركة والمؤسس المشارك، بأن القرار جاء بعد توقف مجموعة Tomorrow عن الدفع، مما وضع Coperni تحت ضغوط مالية كبيرة في الوقت الذي كانت تسعى فيه لتحقيق نمو دولي. وكانت شركة Tomorrow Ltd قد بيعت إلى Progetto 11 في مارس الماضي. وذكرت الشركة القابضة لـ The Level Group أنها وجدت نفسها أمام نشاط تجاري متنازع عليه بشأن الملكية والحوكمة، حيث يسعى المؤسس فايان والمدير الإبداعي سيباستيان ماير لاستعادة السيطرة. تغطي عملية إعادة التنظيم شركة Coperni SAS فقط، وتوفر الوصول إلى نظام ضمان الأجور في فرنسا، مع السماح بإعفاء مؤقت من الضرائب والرسوم. من جانبها، قالت Progetto 11 إنها ستتعاون مع المسؤولين المعينين من قبل المحكمة، وتبقى منفتحة على توفير تمويل جديد.
