وجه الرئيس برابوو سوبيانتو 400 مشارك في برنامج قادة المستقبل الرئاسي لعام 2026 في هامبالانغ، بوغور.

قال سكرتير مجلس الوزراء تيدي إندرا ويجايا إن البرنامج صممه الرئيس برابوو مباشرة لإعداد قادة المستقبل للشركات المملوكة للدولة.

يمتد البرنامج لمدة تسعة أشهر وينقسم إلى ثلاث مراحل. تغطي المرحلة الأولى تشكيل الشخصية والانضباط لمدة ثلاثة أشهر.

يخضع المشاركون بعد ذلك لبناء القدرات الإدارية في جامعة دانانتارا للشركات لمدة أربعة أشهر، تليها فترة تدريب لمدة شهرين في الوزارات أو الوكالات أو بيئات الشركات المملوكة للدولة (BUMN).

وأكد تيدي أن هذه الخطوة جزء من استراتيجية الحكومة لخلق قادة محترفين يتمتعون بالنزاهة في الشركات المملوكة للدولة.
