President Prabowo Subianto briefed 400 participants of the Presidential Future Leaders Program 2026 in Hambalang, Bogor.
Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya said the program was designed directly by President Prabowo to prepare future leaders of state-owned enterprises.
The program runs for nine months and is divided into three stages. The first stage covers character and discipline formation for three months.
Participants then undergo managerial capacity building at Danantara Corporate University for four months, followed by a two-month internship at ministries, agencies, or BUMN environments.
Teddy emphasized that this step is part of the government's strategy to create professional and integrity-driven BUMN leaders.
