نفى رافي أحمد استخدامه لخدمات شركة PT Blueray Cargo على الإطلاق، وذلك بعد ذكر اسمه في محاكمة تتعلق بادعاءات رشاوي استيراد في المديرية العامة للجمارك والمكوس.

في مؤتمر صحفي عقده مع المحامي هوتمان باريس يوم الخميس 11 يونيو 2026، أوضح رافي أحمد أن اجتماعه القصير بممثلي شركة Blueray Cargo قد حدث في مطعم إندونيسي في نيويورك. وكان وقتها في زيارة مع أرييل نواه وغادينغ مارتن عندما اقترب منه عدة أشخاص لالتقاط صور معه. وقال رافي أحمد إن المحادثة كانت مجرد دردشة عابرة حول خدمات الشحن للهواتف المحمولة وأجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة. وأكد أنه لا يملك أي أرقام تواصل معهم ولم يجرِ أي معاملات تجارية. وقال رافي أحمد: "أنا لا أملك رقم هاتفهم. ولم أتلقَّ أي شحنة على الإطلاق". وقد تم لاحقاً إلغاء شهادة الشاهد التي ذكرت اسمه في المحاكمة.
