نشرت السلطات السعودية فرقاً خاصة للتعرف على الحجاج المفقودين أو المنومين في المستشفيات خلال ذروة موسم حج عام 2026.

أعلنت المديرية العامة للجوازات في السعودية عن نشر فرق ميدانية في مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة لتعقب الحجاج المفقودين أو الذين يتلقون العلاج في المستشفيات. وتعمل هذه الفرق بالتعاون مع وزارة الصحة ومبادرة "نسك كير" التابعة لوزارة الحج والعمرة.

وقد جُهز الضباط بتقنيات محمولة متطورة تسمح بالتحقق من الهوية في المواقع الميدانية. ووفقاً لتقرير صادر عن وكالة الأنباء السعودية، يتم التعامل مع البلاغات من خلال مركز القيادة والسيطرة للحج والعمرة في مكة المكرمة.

كما توسعت جمعية الكشافة العربية السعودية في خدماتها التطوعية لدعم حركة الحجاج إلى مشعر منى خلال يوم التروية.
