Screenwriter Rene Belmonte dies at 55

Rene Belmonte, screenwriter of films such as 'Se Eu Fosse Você', died at the age of 55. The information was released by the Brazilian Association of Screenwriters.

The cause of death was not disclosed. Belmonte also worked on productions such as 'Assalto ao Banco Central', 'Sexo, Amor e Traição' and 'Detetives do Prédio Azul 3 - Uma Aventura no Fim do Mundo'.
