زار وزير الزراعة الاتحادي شيفراج سينغ تشوهان مقاطعة أيوديا يوم الخميس وسط الجدل الدائر حول التبرعات لمعبد رام.

وصل تشوهان إلى لكناو قادماً من دلهي برفقة نحو اثني عشر من كبار مسؤولي الوزارة، والتقى برئيس وزراء ولاية أوتار براديش يوغي أديتياناث. كما تفاعل مع المزارعين وشارك في أنشطة زراعة الأرز. لم يقم الوزير بزيارة بلدة أيوديا أو معبد رام وعاد إلى دلهي في المساء نفسه. وقد وجه بعض المسؤولين للتوجه إلى بانتناغار في أوتاراخاند لحضور فعالية للخريجين مقررة يوم الجمعة. قطع المسؤولون رحلة برية استغرقت ست ساعات للوصول إلى بانتناغار في المساء.
