كما يرغب الحزب الاشتراكي الديمقراطي في دراسة منح مكافأة لأولئك الذين يبدأون العمل مباشرة بعد المدرسة الثانوية، وزيادة المساهمات في نظام التقاعد من 17.2 إلى 18.5 بالمئة. وتتعلق النقطة الرابعة بحق قانوني في تقليل ساعات العمل.

من جانبها، وصفت وزيرة شؤون كبار السن آنا تينيه (من حزب المحافظين) المقترح بأنه شعبوية خالصة، وحذرت من زيادات صادمة في الضرائب.
