ستقوم ولاية تاميل نادو بتشغيل 11323 حافلة في الفترة من 21 أبريل وحتى ظهر يوم 23 أبريل من أجل انتخابات الجمعية التشريعية لعام 2026. جاء هذا القرار عقب اجتماع تشاوري عُقد يوم الثلاثاء في مقر الأمانة العامة برئاسة السكرتير العام إم. سايكومار، ويشمل ذلك الخدمات المنتظمة من تشيناي والحافلات الخاصة على مدار الأيام الثلاثة.

وفقًا لبيان صحفي صادر عن إدارة النقل، سيتم تشغيل ما مجموعه 11323 حافلة من 21 أبريل وحتى ظهر 23 أبريل. ويشمل ذلك 2092 خدمة يومية منتظمة تنطلق من تشيناي و6234 حافلة خاصة على مدار الأيام الثلاثة.

ترأس السكرتير العام إم. سايكومار اجتماعًا تشاوريًا يوم الثلاثاء في الأمانة العامة لمناقشة الترتيبات الخاصة بالانتخابات. ومن المقرر إجراء انتخابات الجمعية التشريعية لولاية تاميل نادو لعام 2026 يوم الخميس.
