واديكو: أرباح صافية تتجاوز مليار جنيه في 2025 وتوقيع مذكرة مع شينغفا الصينية

أعلنت شركة وادي جديد للموارد المعدنية والشيست النفطي (واديكو) عن قفزة 195% في أرباحها الصافية لعام 2025 لتتجاوز مليار جنيه مصري، مدعومة بإيرادات تشغيلية 2.8 مليار جنيه وعقود قياسية بـ3 مليارات. وقد وقعت الشركة مذكرة تفاهم استراتيجية مع الشركة الصينية شينغفا لدراسة إقامة مجمع صناعي كيميائي متكامل.

عقدت واديكو اجتماعها العام عبر الفيديوكونفرنس للموافقة على نتائج 2025، بحضور وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية كريم بدوي. وقال رئيس مجلس الإدارة أمجد عبد الرازق غنيم إن النتائج تعكس تنفيذ استراتيجية التطوير المؤسسي 2024-2028، مع ارتفاع الأصول الكلية 283% إلى 3.14 مليار جنيه مقارنة بـ2023.

عمليًا، استخرجت الشركة 3.5 مليون طن من خام الفوسفات بمعدل يومي 10 آلاف طن، وأنتجت 1.7 مليون طن فوسفات ناعم بمعدل 4.6 ألف طن يوميًا، محققة مبيعات 1.1 مليون طن. كما أكدت برامج التنقيب الجديدة احتياطيات فوسفات تضمن الإنتاج لأكثر من ثماني سنوات.

وسعت واديكو عملياتها بتوقيع مذكرة مع شينغفا لمجمع فوسفور و سيليكون، ومناقشات لاستغلال فوسفات في السعودية، ومذكرة للتنقيب في موريتانيا.

في إطار المناجم الخضراء، تبني الشركة أول محطة طاقة شمسية خارج الشبكة في وادي الشغاب بأسوان بسعة 3.2 ميغاواط، توفر 2.6 مليون لتر ديزل سنويًا وتقلل انبعاثات الكربون 7.3 ألف طن. كما نشرت معدات كهربائية ثقيلة ونظام ERP يحقق صفر تدخل بشري، مدعومًا بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
