اعتمد معهد المعايير الإثيوبي 66 معياراً تم تقديمها في قطاع الإنشاءات والهندسة المدنية، حيث يختص 64 منها بالبناء بينما يتعلق اثنان منها بقطاع الأغذية، وذلك بهدف تعزيز الجودة والسلامة وتسهيل التجارة.
