Regarding welfare, he reported that the National Housing Program, promoted by President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, plans for the construction of 2,536 homes in San Luis Río Colorado by 2027. In health matters, he oversaw the construction of the new IMSS General Hospital of the Zone, which will serve 128,000 beneficiaries with 120 countable beds and an investment of 3 billion 870 million 568 thousand 769 pesos. Its inauguration is expected in early next year.

Additionally, Durazo chaired a meeting to follow up on the rehabilitation and modernization of customs facilities, aiming to expedite cross-border trade. He also highlighted progress in the Senderos Seguros program, which involves installing 80 kilometers of streetlights, with 40 kilometers already completed.
