Lady Gaga has shared two new original tracks, “Shape of a Woman” and “Glamorous Life,” for the soundtrack of The Devil Wears Prada 2. The songs join her prior collaboration 'Runway' with Doechii from the film's trailer. The all-female soundtrack also features Dua Lipa, Miley Cyrus, SZA, and more.
Lady Gaga debuted the upbeat pop opener “Shape of a Woman” and reflective anthem “Glamorous Life” on Thursday ahead of the sequel to the 2006 hit The Devil Wears Prada. The tracks were produced by Andrew Watt, Cirkut, and Gesaffelstein—the team behind her 2025 album Mayhem—per Pitchfork and other reports. They build on her earlier 'Runway' team-up with Doechii, which featured in the trailer and had a music video directed by Parris Goebel (as covered in prior updates). The soundtrack is entirely by female artists, including Dua Lipa (“End of an Era” from Radical Optimism), Miley Cyrus (“Walk of Fame” ft. Brittany Howard from Something Beautiful), Olivia Dean (“Nice to Each Other” from The Art of Loving), Raye, SZA, and Sienna Spiro (“Material Lover”). The film reunites Meryl Streep as Miranda Priestly, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci, with newcomers Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley, Justin Theroux, Lucy Liu, Patrick Brammall, Caleb Hearon, Helen J. Shen, and B.J. Novak. It depicts Priestly grappling with print journalism's decline at Runway magazine, hitting theaters nearly 20 years after the original. Gaga also cameos in the movie.
