Yacht Club Games announced that its retro-inspired adventure game Mina the Hollower has surpassed 500,000 units sold less than two weeks after release.
The studio shared the update on social media and noted that sales reached 300,000 copies in the first weekend alone. An additional 200,000 units followed shortly after, moving the title toward a long-term target of one million copies. Lead programmer David D'Angelo and studio founder Sean Velasco stated that many players have yet to uncover deeper secrets in the game. They observed that most discoveries remain surface level so far. Yacht Club Games also teased further developments with the message that the adventure is just getting started. The title draws inspiration from classic action-adventures while introducing its own mechanics.
