The mobile SIM service is available again on Friday, May 15, 2026, at several locations in Jakarta, Bogor, Bekasi, and Bandung for renewing SIM A and SIM C licenses.
Polda Metro Jaya provides five service points across DKI Jakarta. These include Mall Grand Cakung in East Jakarta, LTC Glodok in West Jakarta, Kampus Trilogi Kalibata in South Jakarta, Mall Artha Gading in North Jakarta, and Kantor Pos Lapangan Banteng in Central Jakarta.
Applicants must bring original and photocopied ID cards, valid original SIM cards, health certificates, and proof of psychological tests. The service only handles extensions for active SIM A and SIM C licenses.
In Bogor, services operate at Mall Boxies Tajur 123 and Lippo Plaza Keboen Raya from 08.00 to 10.00 WIB. Residents of Bekasi can access the service at Burger King Harapan Indah during the same hours.
Extension fees follow current PNBP regulations, at Rp80,000 for SIM A and Rp75,000 for SIM C, excluding health check and psychological test costs.
