Vansbrosimningen has had a strong start with sun, heat and over 12,000 registered participants ahead of the competitions.

Vansbrosimningen's 76th edition is underway. The first weekend of Simmarveckan began with triathlon and various distances marked by heat, sunshine and many satisfied participants.

The organizer reports that over 12,000 people have registered in total. "Now it is starting to get full in almost all starting groups", notes Åsa Larsson.

The competitions continue with a focus on swimming in Vansbro.
