Motorcycle owner Chiko Relisviano Ramadhan received a transparent explanation and stated, "The issue has been resolved well, and I accept the outcome." SPBU operator Giyono apologized and pledged to enhance vigilance. Taufiq advised checking vehicle conditions, especially electrics, and confirmed free extinguisher use.
