The event was led by Kapolda Metro Jaya, Inspector General of Police Asep Edi Suheri, who stated that the activity represents a commitment to transparency and accountability in managing state finances. "The importance of integrity in every stage of budget management," said Asep while opening the event.

Asep, former Deputy Head of the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency, emphasized that every personnel must carry out duties honestly, objectively, transparently, and accountably in accordance with laws and regulations. He urged all ranks to be role models in legal compliance and discipline, and to be ready to accept sanctions if they violate the signed Integrity Pact.

The Head of the General Planning and Budget Bureau (Karorena) of Polda Metro Jaya, Commissioner of Police I Bagus Rai Elryanto, explained that the DIPA for Fiscal Year 2026 serves as the basis for budget implementation for work units within Polda Metro Jaya. "The budget ceiling for Polda Metro Jaya FY 2026 is set at around Rp3.66 trillion after adjustments to national policies, and it will be used to support the optimal implementation of core police duties and functions," said Bagus.

Bagus added that through this event, Polda Metro Jaya reaffirms its commitment to improving the quality of budget management in a transparent and accountable manner. "To support services, protection, and law enforcement for the community," emphasized Elryanto.
