Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 sequel set for summer 2026

A sequel to the co-op shooter Aliens: Fireteam Elite has been officially confirmed. Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 will arrive later this year with expanded multiplayer and new gameplay elements.

The game will support up to four players in co-op, up from the original's three. It features deeper squad strategies, new classes and weapons, an updated horde mode, and a Specialist endgame class for custom Marines. Cross-platform play and in-game voice chat are also included, along with deadlier enemy threats.
