Bundestag afviser BSW-klage og nægter genoptælling

Bundestag har afvist klagen fra Bündnis Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW) mod resultatet af de føderale valg. Lovgiverne stemte overvældende imod en genoptælling af stemmerne. Partiet planlægger nu at bringe sagen for Forbundsforfatningsdomstolen.

Efter næsten ti måneders håb om en rettelse af valgresultatet har Bundestag afvist Bündnis Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW)'s krav om genoptælling. Lovgiverne fulgte anbefalingen fra valgranskningskomiteen, som stemte med støtte fra Unionen, SPD, De Grønne og Venstre mod AfD. Komiteen fandt ingen valgfjeder af betydning for mandaterne.

CDU-medlemmet Carsten Müller forklarede: «Ingen enkelt valgfjeder med mandatbetydning er faktisk bevist.» Han påpegede, at nulstemmer i nogle kredse ikke var anomalier, men udtryk for frie valg. SPD-medlemmet Johannes Fechner tilføjede: «Man kan ikke genoptælle i det blå.» Klagen var blevet grundigt gennemgået uden partiskhed.

BSW missede femprocentgrænsen med 9.529 stemmer og mistænker systematiske tællingsfejl. Komiteen mente dog, at isolerede fejl ikke giver grundlag for at antage generelle overtrædelser. BSW-lederen Fabio De Masi annoncerede: «Vi vil have en indgivelse, der overbeviser i Karlsruhe.» Søgningen skal indgives senest midt i februar, og et afgørelse kan tage seks til tolv måneder.

De Masi afviste argumentet om isolerede fejl og henviste til udtalelser fra delstatsvalgstyrelser om atypiske data, der tyder på tællingsfejl mod BSW. En succesfuld genoptælling kunne ændre flertalsbalancen og svække den sort-røde regering.
