Cali's Mobility Secretariat will activate a special traffic plan with road closures and alternative routes on July 20 from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The parade route will start at Plazoleta Jairo Varela and proceed along Avenida 4 Norte to Avenida 6 Norte with Calle 30. During that period the parade corridor and adjacent roads will be closed.
The Mobility Secretariat defined alternative routes such as Avenida 2 Norte, Calle 6, Avenida 9 Norte to Calle 35, plus Avenida 3 Norte, Avenida Vásquez Cobo, Avenida de Las Américas and Calle 25.
Subsecretary of Mobility Services Luis Fernando Escobar stated that the special operation aims for the parade to develop safely and orderly. Authorities asked drivers to plan their trips and follow instructions from traffic agents.
