Diablo 4 players uncover secret cow level after three years

Players of Diablo 4 have discovered the game's long-rumored secret cow level. The find came on May 5 after extensive community efforts involving quests from the Lord of Hatred expansion. It continues the franchise tradition of hidden cow-themed content.

The secret cow level requires items and steps only available in the latest expansion. YouTuber LoatheBurger led the discovery by solving a series of three cow quests that initially appeared to end in a dead end on a cow-themed island. Players then progressed to the actual cow level, which features the Cow King as its boss.
