Florida man charged after stabbing woman walking dog

A 49-year-old man in Miami was arrested after allegedly attacking a woman walking her dog and stabbing her multiple times in the face with a homemade shank. Raydean Johnson now faces charges of attempted murder and aggravated battery.

The attack occurred near Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 8th Street in Miami. According to police, Johnson pushed the victim to the ground from behind, punched her repeatedly in the head and slammed her face into the pavement before a bystander intervened to stop the assault.
