Happy Ice cart to open at Downtown Disney

A new Happy Ice cart will debut at Downtown Disney next month, offering Italian ice and layered desserts. The Los Angeles brand returns after a 2022 truck appearance.

Happy Ice will bring handcrafted Philadelphia-style Italian ice to a vibrant new cart. Flavors use real fruit, pure cane sugar, and premium ingredients without high fructose corn syrup or artificial dyes. New items include JOY-LATI, a layered dessert with Italian ice, vanilla sweet cream, sauces, and fresh fruit. Specialty options feature Berry Bonanza and Cloud 9 along with monthly exclusives. Lemeir Mitchell, founder and CEO, said the opening feels like a full-circle moment. He noted that Happy Ice aims to create happy memories through desserts. The company, founded in 2017, previously operated a limited-time truck at the location in 2022.
