The São Paulo Public Prosecutor's Office (MPSP) filed a complaint against Luís Felipe de Oliveira, popularly known as Felipe Heystee on social media, through prosecutor Renan Mendes Rodríguez. The accusation involves the crime of electronic fraud theft, known as the “love scam”. According to the complaint, Oliveira created a fake profile on social networks and messaging apps to pose as a woman and start a virtual romantic relationship with the victim, a man.
For over two years, he maintained conversations exploiting the victim's emotional fragility, inducing him to make bank transfers and payments under various pretexts, resulting in nearly R$ 208,000 in losses. The 1st Criminal Court of Cotia, in the São Paulo metropolitan region, received the complaint on March 4 and turned the accused into a defendant. On the same date, preventive arrest was decreed, and the judge granted the seizure and blocking of the influencer's assets up to the damage limit.
Oliveira has significant online reach, with about 2.3 million followers on TikTok and over 1.5 million and 451,000 on Instagram. Investigations indicate he uses this visibility to spread tactics for fraudulent money obtaining, including in videos posted online. Additionally, he has a history of virtual scams against various victims, with mentions in multiple fraud incidents on digital platforms.
Previously, in 2024, the influencer was expelled from the reality show Rancho do Maia, hosted by Carlinhos Maia, after exchanging aggressions with Gregory Kessey. Carlinhos Maia commented on the episode, highlighting a live where Oliveira opened his heart to a million people. Metropoles could not contact the influencer or his defense until publication.
