Major League Baseball has revealed the finalists for Phase 2 of All-Star balloting. Voting begins Monday at noon ET. The All-Star Game is scheduled for July 14 on FOX.
Shohei Ohtani of the Dodgers and Ernie Clement of the Blue Jays have already secured starting spots. Ohtani will start at designated hitter for the National League while Clement starts at second base for the American League.
Voters will choose starters at catcher and each infield position from two finalists per league. Six finalists compete for three outfield spots in each league. The process covers 16 additional decisions across both leagues.
Key matchups include Freddie Freeman against Matt Olson at National League first base. Aaron Judge remains eligible for American League outfield despite an injury. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. faces Ben Rice at American League first base.
The 2026 All-Star Game will take place in Philadelphia. Mike Trout hopes to return in time to play in his home area.
