Wallen stated that after discussions with local officials and his team, cancellation was necessary. He noted expected severe weather conditions throughout the day and night, with safety for fans and crew as the top priority. Refunds will be issued through the original point of purchase. The decision followed his Friday night performance at the same venue, where former WWE star Kurt Angle joined him for the walkout. Saturday had been designated a KDKA First Alert Weather Day, with forecasters warning of strong to severe storms peaking between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Wallen continues his tour with upcoming dates in Chicago, Clemson and Baltimore.
