Panerai has unveiled two new Luminor Luna Rossa watches ahead of the 2027 America’s Cup. The models mark the seventh year of the brand’s partnership with the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli sailing team.
The 44mm Luminor Luna Rossa Chrono PAM01768 is a limited edition of 500 pieces priced at €11,200. It features a stainless steel case, Panerai’s P.9210 automatic chronograph movement with a 42-hour power reserve, and a tachymeter scale on the rehaut.
The 40mm Luminor Luna Rossa GMT PAM01791, priced at €11,100, is the most compact model in the collection to date. It runs on the P.900/GMT caliber with a three-day power reserve and includes a distinctive 12-hour GMT function.
Both watches share a silver sun-brushed dial design with white Super-LumiNova X2 and subtle nautical details. The GMT model comes on a steel bracelet, a first for the Luna Rossa line, while the chronograph includes an elastic Velcro strap.
The 38th America’s Cup is scheduled for Naples, Italy, in 2027. The new releases continue Panerai’s focus on performance-oriented tool watches developed through its sailing collaboration.
