Paul Heyman has begun planning WWE storylines for WrestleMania 43 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. During an appearance on the podcast Insight with Chris Van Vliet, he emphasized the value of long-term booking and shared ideas for a potential third match between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns.
Heyman stated that his current focus is on mapping out the event, known internally as Saudi Mania. He said, "My latest obsession has been let's book out Saudi Mania. Let's get that done. Let's start there. We'll change it every week if we have to."
The former promoter suggested a trilogy bout could headline either WrestleMania 43 or Crown Jewel, depending on title situations. He also explored character scenarios for a later matchup at WrestleMania 44, including a villainous Rhodes facing a righteous Reigns.
Recent history shows plans can shift, as a Rhodes-Reigns clash was teased after last year's Survivor Series but did not occur at WrestleMania 42. Reigns instead faced CM Punk while Rhodes defended against Randy Orton.
